Confie in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Insurance Sales Store Manager to lead the on-site sales team, drive targets, and deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a base salary from $16+ per hour plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Growth opportunities within Confie and its family of companies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent.
• License preferred (Personal Lines or Property and Casualty).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitoring performance; assists with escalated customer service issues.
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
