• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products with each contact.
• Verify contact information and update records.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
