Job summary

The Cortney Gregory Agency of American Family Insurance in Brigham City, UT seeks a full-time Sales Specialist to join a motivated team. You’ll focus on servicing existing clients, cross-selling coverages, and helping customers protect what matters most while building lasting relationships.

You will receive hands-on training, work a Mon-Fri schedule, and pursue property & casualty licenses within 30 days and a life license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred but not required.
• Property & casualty licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire; life license within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in customer service or insurance sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rate changes and claims issues handling
• Assist with incoming phone calls
• Help with billing issues and policy transactions
• Conduct Personal Insurance Reviews
• Cross-sell to current customers and follow up after sales to complete the process
• Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written
