New agents can earn between $50,000 and $80,000 in the first year, with up to $12,000 in incentives and up to $5,000 in bonuses during the first four months; experienced agents exceed $100,000 in commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior sales experience required.
• Pre-licensing training provided; state exam fees are the individual's responsibility.
• Set your own hours and work onsite, in the field, or in a blended capacity.
