Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service and follow-up.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, applications, and account needs.
• Identify opportunities to meet additional customer needs through insurance products.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer conversations.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Help retain existing customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Meet individual and team goals for customer service, retention, sales and activity.
