Wayne Shoemaker State Farm Agency in Prince Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a motivated team player for a dual-role position combining insurance sales and customer service. You will identify client needs, present options, handle quotes, and build relationships to help the agency grow.

Competitive base salary with commissions and bonuses, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for professional development. Maryland licensing is required or obtainable within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products.
• Prepare quotes and present insurance options to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Develop new customer relationships while strengthening existing relationships.
• Process payments, policy changes, and routine service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Support the Agent and team with daily agency operations.
