Qualifications

• Two pre-employment assessments (~30 mins each) required.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and growth of agency through acquisition and retention.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attendance; support team goals.
