• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Prepare quotes and present options to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries to grow the agency.
• Develop new relationships while strengthening existing ones.
• Support daily agency operations and maintain accurate records.
