Responsibilities include outside sales, needs analysis, policy explanations, and processing applications in ECRM. You’ll work with marketing to attract and retain customers while ensuring compliance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or retail sales, preferably in insurance.
• Strong negotiation skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Sales administration, analysis, and benefits administration processes.
• Excellent communication to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Prior customer service experience emphasizing active listening and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
