State Farm - Jessica Yeatman Agency seeks an Insurance Sales and Customer Service representative for a part-time, in-office position (16–24 hours per week). You will promote insurance products, assist customers, and provide outstanding service to build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have outside or retail sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Training and licensing support are provided by the team.

Qualifications

• Proven outside or retail sales experience in insurance or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with clear, multilingual communication a plus.
• Experience in sales administration, analysis, and benefits administration processes.
• Excellent listener with rapport-building and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outside sales and community outreach.
• Analyze customer requirements to tailor insurance product recommendations.
• Negotiate terms and coverage options while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handle sales administration, applications, records, and lead tracking in ECRM.
• Deliver exceptional service, address inquiries, and guide clients through policy details.
• Collaborate with marketing to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
