The Jessica Barns Agency is looking for an outgoing and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Coldwater.

You don't need previous insurance experience to get started. We'll provide the training and support to help you learn the business and become confident in your role.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand what they need and help them choose insurance coverage that makes sense for their situation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with new prospects through leads, referrals, and outreach

• Asking questions to understand each customer's needs

• Preparing quotes and explaining Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other coverage options

• Turning prospective customers into long-term clients
