biBerk, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is expanding with recent graduates into a licensing training program in Omaha, NE. Start date is October 12, 2026, with exams on October 30 and training starting November 2, finishing December 4, 2026.

This is an in-office sales position to develop biBerk's team of agents. You will contribute to sales goals, work with inbound leads from web applications and calls, and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment as you complete the licensing

We are an internet-driven company that offers business insurance, such as workers' comp, liability, commercial auto and umbrella policies. We are looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join and grow with our team! We are seeking recent college graduates who are interested in sales and insurance. As part of our program, biBerk will put you through a property and casualty insurance licensing training course and exam. Once passed, you will enter our monthly sales training class before becoming a biBerk sales agent! The planned start date for this position is October 12, 2026, with a licensing exam date of October 30, 2026, and a sales training start date of November 2, 2026. Training will last for roughly one month with an anticipated completion of December 4, 2026. This is an in-office position located in Omaha, NE.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation for this position is $51,000 per year plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
