This full-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service for our business insurance products, including workers' comp, liability, commercial auto, and umbrella policies.

You will handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, process leads promptly, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Formación

• Current P&C license preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience.
• Auto Insurance experience preferred.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation for this position is $19.00 per hour plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
