The Greco Agency, Farmers Insurance, is growing in Blue Springs, MO, and we’re adding sales representatives to our team. This in-office, full-time role offers a $36,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, with licensing paid by us and hands-on product and sales training.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off, in a local Blue Springs office with a clear path to growth. Leads are provided, so you can focus on quoting and closing.

Qualifications

• Training provided; no prior insurance experience required.
• Ability to learn products and sales process quickly and take coaching.
• Strong conversation and coaching receptiveness for growth.

Questions people ask us

Do I need insurance experience?

No. We'll train you on the products, the sales process, and our systems. If you can hold a good conversation and take coaching, we can teach you the rest.

Do I need a license?

Not to apply. We'll walk you through getting your Missouri Property & Casualty license, and we pay for it.

Will I have to find or buy my own leads?

No. We supply the leads, so your time goes into quoting and closing, not prospecting from scratch.

Is this commission-only?

No. You start with a $30,000 base salary, and commission and bonuses are paid on top of it.

What does growth look like?
