Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • No Cold Calling! • Various types of Leads Available • Warm Call prospective Clients Qualifications: • Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations • Fundamental computer skills such as experience with Microsoft Office • High school diploma necessary; college degree a bonus • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial • Job seekers must already have or be willing to get an insurance license • Need to be a hard worker, determined, and self-motivated • Must live in AND be authorized to work in the US • Ability to work independently, although team support is provided • Be interested in managing a home-based operation Compensation: $75,000+ per year commission only
