Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license for Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or client relationships.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and insurance quoting software.
• Clear, professional verbal communication.
• Curiosity and a desire to help clients protect what matters.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through selecting insurance policies that fit their lives.
• Reach out to prospects to introduce our agency and the Reynoldsburg community.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure every policy is up to date.
• Help existing customers understand their coverage options during policy renewals.
• Collaborate with the rest of the office to ensure every visitor or caller feels welcomed and supported.
• Identify gaps in coverage to ensure our clients are fully protected from unexpected events.
