Zach Augustyn - State Farm Agency in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to grow our client base and provide excellent service in-office. The role requires pursuing a MN Property & Casualty license, selling State Farm products, and building relationships with customers.

Base salary plus commission, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered. Candidates with previous insurance sales experience and strong communication skills will thrive as they develop

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.

Zach Augustyn - State Farm Agency, located in Maple Grove, MN has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. 1. Must be willing to obtain a MN Property and Casualty insurance license.

2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Maple Grove, MN. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
• Life & Health license (Preferred)
