Job summary

The Andre Valcin Farmers Insurance Agency in Georgia seeks a full-time Insurance Producer to grow sales and provide excellent service. You will receive a $2,000 monthly base salary plus 10% commission, with training from University of Farmers.

We require an active Georgia Property and Casualty General Lines license and a minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience. You’ll develop quotes, present to clients, close sales, handle policy changes, and follow up on calls and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property and Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Track record of success; be prepared to discuss numbers (calls per day and close ratio).
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Make outbound sales calls on provided leads.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data system.
• Ask for referrals and explain the referral program.
• Understand underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
