Job summary

The Andre Valcin Farmers Insurance Agency in Georgia is seeking a full-time Insurance Producer. You will ensure clients have coverage and offer additional products to meet goals, while leveraging your customer service skills to grow your sales career.

Get the best training in the industry with University of Farmers and more. Base salary of $2,000 per month plus 10% commission is offered, with opportunities for career growth and team support.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty General Lines license required.
• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience.
• Track record of success; ready to discuss numbers.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Make outbound sales calls on provided leads.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Understand underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

• Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio)
