The Andre Valcin Farmers Insurance Agency in Georgia is seeking a full-time Insurance Producer to help clients find the right coverage and expand with complementary products. You will leverage customer service skills to grow a sales career, with robust training from University of Farmers and more.

Offering a $2,000 monthly base salary plus 10% commission, the role emphasizes building relationships, meeting targets, and providing ongoing policy support.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property and Casualty General Lines license required
• Minimum 2 years Insurance Sales Experience
• Track Record of Success; be prepared to discuss numbers
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Process customer policy change requests
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up
• Make outbound sales calls on provided leads
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
• Document each customer contact into Data
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services
