Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Alabama.
• Three or more years of sales or client management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using computers and insurance software programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients to review their current coverage and identify under-insured areas.
• Create and present tailored insurance quotes that meet individual and family needs in the Mobile area.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions in the internal database.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and address concerns about policy options.
• Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure new policies are issued smoothly and accurately.
• Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build professional connections.
