Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
• Build relationships and uncover customers' insurance needs.
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
• Educate customers on products, coverage options, and discounts.
• Cross-sell and bundle products when appropriate.
• Ask for the sale and work opportunities through to the close.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale and beyond.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience strongly preferred.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire.

Confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers.

Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.

Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Positive, professional, and coachable.

Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continually improve.
