The Highland Insurance Group in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to drive new client acquisition and build a robust personal and commercial line book of business. You will prospect, consult on coverage needs, quote and bind policies, and nurture lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience in insurance, a Louisiana license, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a productive sales pipeline in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Property & Casualty or Life & Health license.
• Proven sales experience in insurance, financial services, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize leads effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
