Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Self-motivated with hunter mentality and goal orientation.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize leads effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and outreach.
• Consult with clients to assess coverage needs and recommend insurance products.
• Quote, present, and bind personal and/or commercial lines policies.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and renewals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
