No prior insurance experience required, but dedication, motivation, and a willingness to obtain licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Willing to obtain Insurance License.
• Must clear a background check.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Sell and provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services.
• Drive sales among potential clients by making calls, texts, and emails.
