• Experience with high outbound call volume.
• Strong communication and sales confidence.
• Organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming CRM leads
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
• Identify client needs and present coverage options
• Quote, present, and close insurance policies
• Look for bundling opportunities to increase value
• Maintain organized CRM notes and follow-ups
