Job summary

Confie and its family of companies—Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others—are seeking motivated Insurance Agents in the Dallas area. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, leveraging a high-volume influx of inbound leads and walk-in traffic.

We offer comprehensive paid training and licensing, uncapped commissions, and a strong benefits package, including 401K with company match and mental health support. Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales targets.
• Build relationships with customers to expand production and explain products.
