Confie and its family of companies is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in Arlington, TX. The role offers a sign-on bonus, uncapped commissions, robust training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will join a high-volume environment with inbound leads, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to follow up.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet targets.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
