Job summary

Confie (and its family of companies) seeks a motivated Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit, service, and grow book of business while meeting production goals in a dynamic agency environment.

Location is on-site in a growth-focused culture with mentorship and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required or preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Process deposits and transactions accurately in the agency system.
• Educate customers on products that fit their needs.
