Confie is hiring Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-volume inbound environment with walk-in traffic. The role includes comprehensive training, licensing support, and a generous sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships. bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with advancement opportunities available.

Qualifikationen

• Nonstandard auto insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills are required.
• Licensing in property & casualty is a bonus; not mandatory.

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank in the agency management system.
• Educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs.
