The role includes comprehensive paid training, mentorship, and a strong growth mindset in a fast-paced environment. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is a strong plus, with licensing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a Personal Lines license; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
