Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks motivated individuals to represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products. Starting pay is $21.64 per hour with a monthly bonus potential, and full-time schedules are 40 hours per week.

Training is provided; candidates must reside in Arizona or Utah and obtain an active license within 30 days of hire. The role includes shift options from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, with comprehensive benefits and vacation time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to obtain insurance license within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent multitasking and computer skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to participate in licensing training and career development.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques to proactively offer AAA products and services and generate new sales.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and coverages for members.
• Exceed member expectations in a structured sales environment and build loyalty.
• Solicit new insurance sales via inbound/outbound calls and marketing lists.
