Job summary

AAA is seeking Insurance Agents to sell Property & Casualty, Life and Roadside Assistance coverage at our Orem, UT branch. This on-site role requires working rotating Saturdays and may include a P&C license requirement.

You will solicit new business, serve existing insured Members, and retain polices while participating in promotions and cross-selling AAA insurance products. Compensation includes base pay plus bonus/commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Meet or exceed targets defined in the sales incentive plan.
• Conducts insurance reviews, quotes, binds and issues policies.
• Establishes rapport with insured members to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Solicits and markets to events, performs outbound calls and cross-sells/new products.
