Job summary

Confie is hiring on-site in Spring Hill, FL as an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance for new and existing customers. You will be responsible for driving sales with a strong focus on relationship building and accurate handling of deposits in the agency system.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our family of companies.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on which products fit their needs.
