Job summary

Confie is hiring Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in the United States. You will handle a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, with comprehensive paid training and licensing provided.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, uncapped commissions, and a wide benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company-matched contributions. Training and mentorship are ongoing.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions with deposits to the bank.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
