Confie, and its family of companies, is hiring an Insurance Agent in Brownsburg, Indiana, to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will leverage a high-volume inbound pipeline, earn commissions, and participate in paid training and licensing.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, ongoing incentives, a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, gym discounts, EAP, mental health support, and optional life and other coverages.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Build relationships with customers and educate on products that fit their needs.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
