Confie and its family of companies is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will solicit, maintain and grow business while meeting production goals. The role emphasizes relationship-building and providing guidance on suitable products.

Location is on-site. A High School Diploma or GED is required with a preference for bilingual English/Spanish candidates and a background in sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• License not required but Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet sales goals
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits
• Connect quickly with clients and advise on products that fit their needs
