Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent in Sulphur, LA, to sell nonstandard auto policies to new and existing customers. You will drive growth by acquiring new business and maintaining current levels to meet goals, while building strong client relationships.

On-site position with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and performance-based bonuses. A license is preferred but not required; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License(s) in insurance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
