Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking in-office Insurance Sales Agents in San Antonio, TX. You will assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions, while building a client base through networking and office marketing strategies.

We provide intensive training, licensing assistance, and ongoing support to help you grow your career. This role offers an hourly pay plus uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Texas license (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to determine insurability as an insurance risk.
• Develop clientele by networking and marketing; assist with daily office marketing strategies.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to finalize policies.
