A-MAX Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for an IN-OFFICE Insurance Sales Agent role in Texas. We provide extensive training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching to help you build a successful career.

As part of our team, you will assist customers with new policies, edits, renewals, and payments, while prospecting for new clients through local networking. We offer hourly pay with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Licensed in Texas (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) highly preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Continuing education courses to maintain active license status with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs (new policies, edits, renewals, payments).
• Inspect vehicles and assess risk to determine insurability.
• Seek new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle renewals; coordinate with underwriting.
• Collaborate with office manager on marketing strategies to attract customers.
