Qualifications

• Must have good sales mindset and customer focus.
• In-office role with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various insurance needs (new policies, edits, payments, renewals).
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with office support.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting for policy completion.
• Support daily office tasks as needed.
