The role offers base pay plus commissions, with on-target earnings of $55,000 to $65,000, and opportunities for growth and recognition within a supportive, community-focused team.

Formación

• This is not an entry-level position; proven sales background required.
• Active Property & Casualty and Life, Health & Annuities licenses are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and close business.
