Patrick Matthews Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to drive agency growth, build client relationships, and help customers choose the right coverage.

The role offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with hands-on training, a Mon-Fri schedule, and opportunities for professional development while delivering exceptional service to individuals, families and businesses.

Qualificações

• Sales or customer service experience required (1-2 years minimum).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional attitude with a drive to succeed and outbound calling ability.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and sell insurance products to prospects.
• Conduct policy reviews and uncover additional coverage opportunities.
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals.
