The role emphasizes licensing support, effective communication, and use of CRM and quoting tools. A customer-centric, self-motivated individual thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Licensing: Willingness to obtain state insurance licenses (auto, home, life, etc.). Farmers provides guidance.
• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain products and build rapport.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on protecting clients' needs.
• Strong self-motivation with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM/quoting tools and other tech platforms.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred for advanced roles.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Generation: Proactively prospect for new clients via referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead gen.
• Insurance Solutions: Present and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance to meet client needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships with outstanding service.
• Quoting & Policy Writing: Prepare quotes, assist in selecting coverage, and finalize issuances.
• Client Retention: Review policies, upgrade coverages, and ensure smooth renewals.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Participate in local marketing and events to boost visibility.
• Administrative Support: Assist owner with client files, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
