You will build relationships, present quotes, and help clients plan for the future. Ideal candidates may have 1–2 years of sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and a willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (licensing support provided).
• 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred, not required).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong trust, dependability, and ethics.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to generate leads and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up to create sales opportunities.
• Deliver quotes and explain coverage options to clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships through high-quality service.
• Participate in networking events to build a client base.
