Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales and lead the training of new team members. The role includes coaching, mentoring, and monitoring performance to ensure success in a dynamic insurance sales environment.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage multiple trainees, and use CRM tools to track progress. A strong sales background in insurance/financial services and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in face-to-face environments in insurance/financial services.
• Strong background in sales training or coaching with onboarding experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to motivate others.
• Growth mindset and quick learner with ability to teach processes to others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trainees or teams.
• Comfortable with sales tech and CRM systems to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff for skill improvement.
• Monitor trainee and staff performance with constructive feedback.
• Learn and translate company sales processes into training modules and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align on strategies and expectations.
