Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to work in a local territory, meeting clients face to face and presenting supplemental insurance solutions. You will build your own book of business, mentor teammates, and drive sales growth within a collaborative team.

This is a full-time, in-person role with compensation including draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. You’ll participate in comprehensive training, licensing assistance, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in

Qualifications

• Independently build and manage your own book of business.
• Ability to mentor teammates and guide others to success.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license, reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions with business owners, managers, and employees.
• Lead individual and group presentations, from small meetings to teams of 50+.
• Mentor new team members and help them develop their sales skills.
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals.
