Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Brownwood, TX, seeks a Sales Representative & Trainer to build a local book of business as an independent contractor in an in-person role. You’ll meet business owners and employees face-to-face, present supplemental insurance solutions, lead presentations, and mentor new teammates.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor building your own book of business.
• Face-to-face client meetings to present solutions.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life licensing if not not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Share supplemental insurance solutions and build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees
• Lead individual and group presentations to audiences of various sizes
• Mentor new team members and help develop their sales skills
• Manage your book of business, follow up on leads, and support team goals
