The role offers base salary with commission/bonus, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency. Licensing in property & casualty and life/health is expected to be pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across channels.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
