Allstate Insurance Agency - Scott Shoemake is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build relationships in the community, applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to help customers understand value and cultivate lasting relationships with trusted advice.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; prior sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses to sell insurance upon hire.
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
